What data we collect

Order data: name, address, email, phone number and products ordered.
Payment data: handled directly by the payment providers; we never see or store your card details.
Browsing data: IP address, device and pages visited, through cookies (see Cookie policy).
Your email address, if you sign up for our newsletter.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

To process and ship your order and handle returns: performance of a contract.
To issue invoices and meet tax obligations: legal obligation.
To send you news and offers: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
To measure and improve the store and our ads: your consent to cookies.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for the duration of our commercial relationship and then for as long as the law requires (up to 6 years for accounting and tax purposes). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers we need to operate: our store platform (Shopify), payment providers, the suppliers and warehouses that prepare your order, shipping carriers, our email tool and, if you accept cookies, analytics and advertising platforms (such as Meta, TikTok or Google). We never sell your data.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers are covered by European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by emailing soporrtetienda@gmail.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
